Global Coronavirus Deaths Hit 300,000

The coronavirus pandemic which became visible December 2019 was first a  community/country problem before the breakout became massive.

Coronavirus cases

From being a community disease, it gradually became an  epidemic and now a pandemic. Coronavirus has affected so many global sectors and is causing a major hit on the global economy, as businesses are shutting down and almost nothing is working. It has also affected human beings so much so that countries of the world are completely shutting down their borders. 

As at today, the coronavirus cases globally is over 4.4 million. This means that 4.4 million  people world wide have been tested positive for the virus. A massive number of people with strong immune systems have also recovered from the virus. This virus has however taken the lives of over 300,000 people worldwide. Countries such as the United States of America, the United Kingdom and Italy are on the frontline of this global worrisome death rates.

With the increasing number of cases and deaths, some countries of the world have come up with aggressive methods for testing and major plans for preventing and curbing the spread of the virus. 

The US Centers for Disease Control (US CDC) have however come up with methods to  help businesses and schools resume but  fears are that the pandemic would become a fierce disaster if schools and businesses are allowed to operate and would bring about more infections and deaths.
